摘要
为解决白坪煤矿21001、21021综放工作面接替紧张的问题,提出松软煤层沿空留巷技术,在对工作面实际地质情况及现有巷道支护对留巷影响分析的基础上,提出使用木垛+袋装矸石充填撕下帮沿空留巷方案,针对沿空留巷围岩控制难度大的难题,提出对于实体煤帮、顶板采取高强度、高预应力锚索主动支护、充填体要支设及时等围岩控制对策,通过矿压观测结果表明:在工作面后方60 m以外巷道围岩变形速度趋于稳定,围岩变形很小。
In order to solve the problem of mining connection between 21001 and 21021 fully mechanized caving face in Baiping Coal Mine,the paper proposes the technology of retaining roadway along goaf with soft coal seams.Based on the site research of the actual geology and working face condition and the impact of the existing roadway support on the retained roadway,the raft plus bagged gangue filling scheme is selected,and to deal with the problem of stability in surrounding rock,active support programs are introduced in coal seam and roof with high-strength,high-prestressed anchor cables,and the measures should be taken timely.The stress behavior observation shows that the roadway maintains stable with quite small deformation 60 m away from the mining face.
