摘要
将我院2017年1月-2018年1月接收的87例手术麻醉患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者给予静脉泵注等量生理盐水,观察组患者给予静脉泵注右美托咪定,对比两组患者临床麻醉效果。观察组患者心率及动脉压不同时刻指标要优于对照组,两组数据具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组血氧饱和度与对照组患者无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应总人数2例,对照组患者不良反应总人数8例;观察组患者不良反应发生率4.5%明显低于对照组18.6%;观察组患者总满意42例,对照组患者总满意35例;观察组患者总满意度95.4%明显优于对照组81.3%。右美托咪定应用在临床麻醉中,临床效果显著,改善患者麻醉效果,减少患者不良反应的发生,值得临床广泛推广。
Eighty-seven patients undergoing surgical anesthesia from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were given an equal volume of normal saline intravenously.Patients in the observation group were given intravenous dexmedetomidine to compare the clinical anesthetic effect between two groups.The heart rate and arterial pressure in observation group were better than those in control group at different time points.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);the oxygen saturation in observation group was not significantly different from that in control group(P>0.05);The total number of adverse reactions was 2 and the total number of adverse reactions in control group was 8;the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 4.5%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,18.6%;the observation group was 42 patients in total,and control group was 35 in total;The total satisfaction rate of 95.4%in the observation group was significantly better than the control group 81.3%.The use of dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia has a significant clinical effect,improves the anesthetic effect of patients,and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
