摘要
年久失修的老旧房屋的改造问题已经引起我国相关部门的重视。农村危房改造过程中还存在一定的问题,这需要相关部门及时管理。对于施工中监管不力或资金使用不当的情况,要严格把关,加大房屋改造执法力度。本文针对我国农村危房改造的影响因素进行了详细的分析与探讨,对我国未来农村建设有所帮助。
The reconstruction of old and disrepair old houses has drawn the attention of relevant departments of China.There are still some problems in the process of renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural areas,which needs timely management by relevant departments.For the construction of poor supervision and the improper use of funds,we must strictly control and increase the intensity of housing reform and law enforcement.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural areas of China,which will be helpful to the future rural construction of China.
