摘要
发展小城镇、促进农村城镇化进程,是实现我国新型城镇化战略的重要途径之一,改进和发展小城镇需要从基础配套设施着手。以小城镇配套设施为研究对象,基于建制镇数据,从教育、医疗等方面选取相关指标,运用熵值法和灰色关联分析法,对比研究各省配套设施水平、差异性以及各指标的关联度。结果显示,各地区的公共服务设施与基础设施存在一定差异,显示出不均衡性,且各项指标都显著影响小城镇配套设施水平,经济水平在一定程度上也影响小城镇发展。以期为今后特色小城镇相关研究奠定基础,为小城镇配套设施评价指标体系的改进和完善指明方向。
The development of small towns and the promotion of rural urbanization are one of the important ways to realize the new urbanization strategy in China.Improvement and development of small towns need to proceed from supporting infrastructure.Taking the supporting facilities of small towns as the research object,based on the data of the town,from the education,medical and other aspects of the relevant indicators,entropy evaluation method and gray correlation analysis method are used to compare the level of the facilities,the difference and the correlation degree of each index.The findings show that there are some differences in the public service facilities and infrastructure in each region,and the indicators have significant impact on the level of small town facilities.To a certain extent,the economic level also affects the development of small towns.So as to lay the foundation for the relevant research of small towns in the future,improving and perfecting the small town supporting facilities evaluation index system to specify the direction.
