摘要
针对自动保压系统常规PID控制时动态特性不佳这一问题,基于模糊控制算法,设计了自动保压系统的自适应PID模糊控制器;通过联合仿真技术模拟保压系统实际工况,研究了模糊控制算法对系统动态响应的补偿作用。仿真结果表明,采用模糊控制算法后,可有效改善自动保压系统的动态性能,能很好地满足实际工况需求,对实际操作具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem that the dynamic characteristics of the automatic pressure maintaining system are poor in the conventional PID control,in this paper,an adaptive PID fuzzy controller was designed,which was based on the fuzzy control algorithm.The effect of fuzzy control algorithm on the dynamic response of the system was studied by simulating the actual working condition of the packing system with the co-simulation method.The simulation results show that the fuzzy control algorithm can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the automatic pressure maintaining system,and it can meet the actual working conditions.So,it has certain reference value for the actual operation.
