市场营销专业实施现代学徒制的探索与实践——以石家庄邮电职业技术学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 现代学徒制是通过学校、企业的深度合作与教师、师傅的联合传授,以发展学生综合职业能力为主的现代人才培养模式。现代学徒制从古代师傅带徒弟的传统技能传承方式逐渐演变而来。2015年,教育部遴选165家单位作为首批现代学徒制试点单位和行业试点牵头单位。石家庄邮电职业技术学院作为中国邮政集团公司唯一一所培养邮政人才的院校,有着实行现代学徒制的优势,成为首批试点单位。市场营销专业作为现代学徒制试点专业后,石邮院结合市场营销教学过程中存在的问题及不足,对现有教学大纲、成绩考核方式等进行了大刀阔斧的改革,通过延长实习时间、增加实习频次、加强对学生指导等措施,有效的提高了学生的综合职业能力。 Modern apprenticeship system is a modern talents training model,which can develop the students'comprehensive pro fessional ability by the deep cooperation between college and company,by the conjoint instruction between teachers and masters.Modern apprenticeship system has evolved from the traditional way of training apprentice by the master.In 2015,Ministry of Educa tion seriously selected 165 colleges as the initial pilot unit of the modern apprenticeship system and the leading pilot unit of the in dustry.Shijiazhuang Posts and Telecommunications Technical College is the only one post industry college,which belongs to the Chi na Post Group.Due to the unique advantage of training the post industry talents,it was selected as one of the initial pilot unit of modern apprenticeship system.With the marketing major as the pilot major,Shijiazhuang Posts and Telecommunications Technical College positively found and summarized shortcoming and disadvantage during the teaching process.According to these problems,it put forward a series of resultful methods,including the reformation of syllabus and grade assessment,the extension of internship time,the increase of internship times,the enhancement of internship guidance.The comprehensive professional ability of students have been greatly improved by these methods.
