摘要
创业实践教育是当前高等教育中的重要内容,在学生的学习、成长、发展中充当着极为重要的角色。从提升大学生创业就业能力的角度出发,开展创业实践教育不仅是缓解就业压力的客观需要,也是促进学生发展、完善高等教育的主动追求。应从此出发,分析当前大学生创业实践教育中存在的教育渠道欠缺、教育力量薄弱、教育对象稚嫩、教育保障不足等问题,探讨以构建创业实践教育平台为基础、以强化创业实践教育队伍为重点、以开展学生创业实践培训为关键、以完善教育配套保障机制为辅助等针对性的措施。
Entrepreneurship practice education is an important part in higher education because it plays an important role in students’learning,growth and development.Starting from the point of view of enhancing the employability of college students,carrying out the entrepreneurship practice education not only objectively alleviates the employment pressure,but also promotes the development of students,and improves the active pursuit for higher education.Based on the point of view,this paper analyzes the current problems in the process of carrying out the entrepreneurship practice education:lack of educational channels,weak educational power,immature education and insufficient education guarantee,and then puts forward some suggestions such as concentration on the construction of entrepreneurship practice education platform,focusing on strengthening the entrepreneurial practice education team,considering the practice of student entrepreneurship training as the key to improve the education support mechanism for the auxiliary and other targeted measures.
