摘要
中外合作办学已经成为我国教育事业的有机组成部分,但是不同区域中外合作办学发展存在明显差距。统计分析全国4个区域高等教育中外合作办学的现状后发现:东部地区办学规模大,合作双方资质好,共同开发课程比例高,但尚需在对接"一带一路"倡议中发挥引领示范作用;中部地区与全国整体发展水平相当,但在师资队伍建设以及引进课程与教学资源方面有较大提升空间,未来发展需要稳中求进;东北地区办学普及度较高,地域性特点明显,但需要质、量并重;西部地区办学层次较高,合作者资质较好,但发展需要合理定位,循序渐进。
The Chinese-foreign cooperation in running school has become the organic parts of Chinese educational business.However,there are obvious differences between different areas.Research based on the current situation finds that it is in the large scale,with good qualification cooperators and high joint development courses in the east area,requiring to play the leading role in The Belt and Road.It is equivalent to the overall level of the national in the middle area,requiringto improve the level of the teachers and introduce the curriculum and teaching,and seeking improvement in stability.In northeast area,it is in the high popularity,with regional features,requiringto pay equal attention to the quality.In west area,the levels of running schools are relative high,with good qualification cooperators,requiring rational orientation and develop progressive.
