摘要
结合历代本草文献,本文从天麻的名称、基原、药用部位、采收加工、炮制方法以及质量评价等方面对其作了较为系统的考证,并且对其记载的由来加以推测。从古代本草来看,天麻的别名较多,且存有同名异物的情况;古今形态描述稍有差异,只是对天麻形态描述不同和生态学特性不了解而产生误解;而药用部位在宋朝时产生较大分歧;采收时间记载与现在相比过早;加工炮制过程在前人的记载基础上简化很多;品质评价在古人基础上有所扩展,更为详细。笔者从以上方面追本溯源,以期为正确评估天麻的品质提供参考和扩大该药材的临床应用,并为合理开发利用该资源提供本草依据。
Based on literature of ancient Materia Medica,this article made a systematic research on the name,origin,the medicinal parts,the harvest and processing,processing methods and quality evaluation of Gastrodia elata,and speculated on the origin of the records.From the point of view of the ancient Materia Medica,there are homonyms and various aliases in G.elata.Being unfamiliar with the ecological characteristics and different morphological description of G.elata resulted in a slight difference between the ancient and modern descriptions.The medicinal parts of G.elata produced big differences in Song Dynasty.Comparing with today,the time of its’harvest was earlier and the processing methods have been much more simplified than previous records.Quality evaluation has been expanded on the basis of the ancients and been more detailed.From the above aspects,the author gets to the root of the matter,in order to provide a reference for evaluating the quality and evident herbal basis for its clinical application and reasonable development of G.elata,and utilization of this resource.
