摘要
本文介绍了一款新型的无尘自动黑板擦。该款无尘自动黑板擦由动力装置、压紧装置、清洁装置、挤水装置四部分组成。电动机为整个擦拭系统的运行提供动力;压紧装置使擦带和黑板间的接触更加紧密;清洁装置实现无尘擦除;挤水装置使吸附在擦带上的多余水分排尽。做到了以机械电气化来代替人力擦除,轻松擦除黑板上的粉笔字迹,擦除效果更加显著,并且在使用过程中极大程度的减少了粉笔灰的产生,使擦除过程更加"绿色环保",能够为师生营造一个干净舒适的课堂环境。
This paper introduces a new type of dust-free auto eraser,which consists of power device,clamping device,cleaning device,and squeezing water device. The power device supplies power for the entire cleaning system; Clamping device contacts the brush and the blackboard closely; Cleaning device realizes clean wiping;Squeeze water device makes adsorped excess water free of brush. Mechanical electric replaces human erasing to easily erase the chalk on the blackboard and the effect is more significant. In the process,the incidence of chalk is significantly reduced,and a more "green"erasing process builds a clean and comfortable for the teachers and students in the classroom environment
