摘要
针对轨道车辆的客室车门故障频发的问题,设计一种内置于车门电机内部的智能数据采集系统。该系统以STM32为开发平台,硬件部分集成了电机电流采集电路、温度采集电路、转速采集电路、无线传输电路以及STM32外围电路。最后该系统把采集的电机数据通过无线传输的方式传输到上位机,这样就可以在上位机上实时地查看电机的各项参数,达到对车门电机实时监测的目的。实际使用表明该系统可以适用于车门电机的数据采集,可以实时监测电机运行时的转速、转角、电流、温度等数据曲线,通过对电机各个曲线的分析可得出车门的开关门时间、开关门速度以及电机本体的温度等信息,给后期车门系统的检测维修提供了参考依据。
Aiming at the problem of passenger compartment door fault is frequent for rail vehicles,an intelligent data acquisition system built in the door motor was designed.The system used STM32 as the development platform,integrating the motor current acquisition circuit,the temperature acquisition circuit,speed acquisition circuit,the wireless transmission circuit and STM32 peripheral circuit.Finally,the collected motor data was transmitted through the wireless transmission to the host computer,so that you can view the motor in real time to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of the motor.The actual use shows that the system can be applied to the door motor data acquisition,can real-time monitor the data curve such as speed,angle,current and temperature,through the analysis of the data curve,the switching time,speed of the door,and temperature of the motor body were obtained that providing reference for the detection and maintenance of the car door system.
