序贯机械通气治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭30例的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析序贯机械通气治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿的临床疗效。方法:收治婴幼儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿30例,平分两组。对照组接受传统机械通气治疗,观察组应用序贯机械通气治疗,对比、观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的有创通气时间、总机械通气时间、ICU住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);再次插管率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:序贯机械通气治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿的临床疗效显著,可使患儿的有创通气时间、总机械通气时间、ICU住院时间明显缩短,降低再次插管率。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.Methods:30 cases of severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in infants were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.Children in the control group were treated with traditional mechanical ventilation,while sequential mechanical ventilation used for children in the observation group.We compared and analyzed the clinical effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The time of invasive ventilation,total mechanical ventilation and ICU hospitalization of the children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of reintubation was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential mechanical ventilation is effective in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.It can shorten the time of invasive ventilation,total mechanical ventilation and ICU hospitalization,and reduce the rate of reintubation.
