愈伤组织和培养温度对花生茎线虫繁殖力的影响

摘要 测定了不同的愈伤组织(胡萝卜、甘薯)及培养温度(15、20、25、30、35℃)下花生茎线虫的繁殖力.结果表明:花生茎线虫在胡萝卜和甘薯的愈伤组织上均能繁殖并完成生活史,但在胡萝卜愈伤组织上的繁殖力更强;花生茎线虫在胡萝卜愈伤组织上的适宜培养温度为20~30℃,当温度低于15℃或高于35℃时线虫的繁殖受到抑制;花生茎线虫6个不同地理种群在胡萝卜愈伤组织上的繁殖力没有明显差异. Under different calluses(carrot and sweet potato)and culture temperatures(15,20,25,30,35℃),the reproductive ability of Ditylenchus arachis were evaluated.The results showed that D.arachis could reproduce and complete its life cycle on both carrot callus and Sweet potato callus,but the reproductive ability on carrot callus was higher than that on Sweet potato callus.The optimum temperatures of D.arachis on carrot callus were from 20℃to 30℃,and its reproduction was restrained at temperatures lower than 15℃or higher than 35℃.The reproductive abilities of 6 geographical populations of D.arachis on carrot callus were not signif icantly different.
