摘要
分析了当前难加工材料的锯切现状,针对其中因锯片受热而产生较大变形的问题,利用企业现有的设备设施,模拟锯切现场锯片受热情况,分析了锯片应力变化情况及外在刚性表现,为该类问题的解决提供了理论支持。
The present situation of sawing of the current difficult-to-cutting materials is analyzed.In view of the problem of large deformation due to the heating of the saw body,the existing equipment and facilities of the enterprise are used to simulate the heating situation of the sawing site.The authors analyze the stress changes and the extemal rigidity performance,and provide the theoretical support for the solution of such problems.
