摘要
孟津煤矿11011工作面受奥陶系灰岩水威胁,并发生过突水。通过对突水的11011工作面奥陶系灰岩含水层注浆过程中钻孔涌水量、注浆量及钻孔串浆情况的研究和分析,得出奥陶系灰岩含水层富水性不均,富水性相对强的区域涌水量大注浆量也大的规律。串浆导致部分注浆孔堵塞,但也说明了奥灰含水层连通性好。通过实施钻孔堵水注浆工程,堵源截流,浆液注入效果明显,突水量明显降低,达到了堵水的预期效果,对其他工作面的开采具有一定的推广价值。
The 11011 working face of Mengjin Coal Mine is threatened by Ordovician limestone water,and the water inrush accident occurs.Through the analysis of water inrush quantity,grouting quantity and grouting leakage in the grouting process of Ordovician limestone aquifer on 11011 working face.Results showed that,the water rich of the Ordovician limestone aquifers is heterogenous,the quantity of grouting is larger with the increase of regional water inrush in the water-rich region.The grouting leads to the blocking of some grouting holes,but it also shows the good connectivity of the Ordovician limestone aquifer.Though the implementation of drilling water plugging grouting project,blocking source closure,the effect of slurry injection is obvious,the water inrush is reduced obviously,and the expected effect of water plugging is achieved.It has certain popularization value to other working face mining.
