摘要
根据掘锚一体机整机提出的机载双锚装置采用全无线遥控及应急手动控制的要求,设计了一种基于CANopen通信协议的双无线遥控系统。该设计以EPEC工业控制器及遥控系统为主要硬件进行组网,介绍了系统的软硬件结构及特点和调试方法。实际应用结果表明:基于CANopen的掘锚一体机双无线遥控系统实现了整机的全遥控操作,结构稳定、运行可靠,现场应用反响良好。
According to the requirements of the whole wireless remote control and emergency manual control,the dual-radio remote control system based on CANopen communication protocol was designed according to the double-anchor device of airborne digging machine.Designed with EPEC industrial controller and remote control system as the main hardware networking,introduced the design scheme of double wireless remote control system based on CANopen bus,analyzed the system hardware and software structure and characteristics,described the CANopen bus network approach,described the dual wireless remote control system debugging methods.The practical application results show that the CANopen-based digging and anchoring machine dual-radio remote control system realizes the full remote control operation of the whole machine,has stable structure,reliable operation and good field application response.
