摘要
目的:探讨采用聚焦解决模式进行心理干预对青少年患者支抗植入术前焦虑、抑郁的效果。方法:选取150例患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各75例,对照组给予常规的心理护理,试验组在此基础上采用聚焦解决模式。通过监测患者生命体征、填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、观察种植体成功率(SR)等,比较两组患者差异。结果:两组患者干预前的生命体征、SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者干预后的生命体征、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,SR显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用聚焦解决模式进行心理干预,能明显缓解青少年正畸患者支抗植入术前的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高种植体成功率。
Objective:To explore the application effects of solution focused approach in preoperative anxiety and depression of micro Screw implant anchorage in adolescent patients.Method:150 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table,75 cases in each group,the control group was given routine psychological nursing,and on this basis,the experimental group was treated with solution focused approach.The vital signs of the patients were monitored,the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)were completed,and the success rate of implant(SR)was observed between two groups.Result:Before intervention,the vital signs,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the vital signs,SAS,SDS scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group,SR was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention with Solution focused approach,can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of orthodontic patients before implantation,and improve the success rate of implant.
