摘要
马兰煤矿南九进风井深336.5m,溜渣孔采用BMC400型反井钻机施工。介绍了反井钻井施工工艺和预防堵钻和偏斜措施。该井筒导孔钻进最终偏斜率0.35%,符合设计要求;溜渣孔施工总工期45d,比爬罐法缩短17%,并且安全无事故,收到预期效果。
A south No.9 airintake shaft of Malan Mine was 336.5 m in depth and a cutting slipping hole was constructed with BMC400 mode raise boring machine The paper introduced the construction technique of the raise boring and the measures to prevent the boring jammed and deflection A final deflection rate of the pilot hole drilling in the mine shaft was 0.35%and was met with the design requirements The total construction period of the cutting slipping hole drilling was 45 days,was 17%shorter than the cage creeping method and was safe with no accident occurred and with the expected effect.
