摘要
采用溶剂热合成方法,分别在90℃,110℃,130℃的反应温度条件下,制备了金属有机骨架材料MOF-5.对所得产物样品进行了XRD,SEM,BET测试表征.结果表明,所制备样品为纯相MOF-5材料.以亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟染料废水,对所制备的MOF-5材料的吸附性能进行了评价.实验结果表明,吸附平衡数据符合Langmuir等温模型,吸附的动力学过程符合准二级动力学方程.
Metal organic framework material,MOF5 is synthesized by solvothermal method with different treatment temperatures(90℃,110℃,130℃).The prepared samples are characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and specific surface area.The results show that the crystal structure of the samples can be well matched with the standard data.The adsorption performance of the prepared MOF5 is tested by using methylene blue(MB)solution as the simulated dye wastewater.The result shows that the adsorption of MB by MOF5 material consists with the Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption behavior could be described by Pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
