摘要
目的:研究恶性胸水中sST2、Fascin含量与癌细胞恶性增殖、侵袭的相关性。方法:对在本院就诊的肺癌合并恶性胸水患者进行回顾性分析并作为研究的恶性组,选择同期因心衰、低蛋白血症合并胸腔积液的患者作为对照组。取两组患者的胸水并测定sST2、Fascin的含量,取恶性组患者的肺癌病灶及癌旁病灶并测定细胞增殖基因、侵袭基因的mRNA表达量。结果:恶性组患者胸水中sST2、Fascin的含量均显著高于对照组;肺癌病灶内KI-67、BCL2、N-cadherin、MMP9的mRNA表达量显著高于癌旁病灶,MTS1、LKB1、Bin-1、TMSG-1、E-cadherin的mRNA表达量显著低于癌旁病灶;sST2高含量的肺癌病灶内KI-67、BCL2的mRNA表达量显著高于sST2低含量的肺癌病灶,MTS1、LKB1的mRNA表达量显著低于sST2低含量的肺癌病灶;Fascin高含量的肺癌病灶内Bin-1、TMSG-1、E-cadherin的mRNA表达量显著低于Fascin低含量的肺癌病灶,N-cadherin、MMP9的mRNA表达量显著高于Fascin低含量的肺癌病灶。结论:恶性胸水中sST、Fascin含量的升高分别与癌细胞增殖、侵袭的加剧有关。
Objective:To study the correlation of sST2 and Fascin contents in malignant pleural effusion with malignant proliferation and invasion of cancer cells.Methods:Lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion who were treated in the Fourth(Xingyuan)Hospital of Yulin between November 2014 and November 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and selected as the malignant group of the research,and patients with heart failure,hypoalbuminemia and pleural effusion during the same period were selected as the control group.The pleural effusion was collected from the two groups of patients to determine the contents of sST2 and Fascin,and the lung cancer lesions and adjacent lesions were collected from the malignant group to determine the mRNA expression of the cell proliferation genes and invasion genes.Results:sST2 and Fascin contents in pleural effusion of malignant group were significantly higher than those of control group;KI 67,BCL2,N cadherin and MMP9 mRNA expression in lung cancer lesions were significantly higher than those in adjacent lesions whereas MTS1,LKB1,Bin 1,TMSG 1 and E cadherin mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in adjacent lesions;KI 67 and BCL2 mRNA expression in lung cancer lesions with high sST2 content were significantly higher than those in lung cancer lesions with low sST2 content whereas MTS1 and LKB1 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in lung cancer lesions with low sST2 content;Bin 1,TMSG 1 and E cadherin mRNA expression in lung cancer lesions with high Fascin content were significantly lower than those in lung cancer lesions with low Fascin content whereas N cadherin and MMP9 mRNA expression were significantly higher than those in lung cancer lesions with low Fascin content.Conclusion:The increase of sST and Fascin in malignant pleural effusion are related to the aggravation of cancer cell proliferation and invasion respectively.
