摘要
[目的/意义]基于扎根理论对政府食品安全网络谣言介入的有效性因素进行研究,探讨政府有效介入食品安全网络谣言的行为模式,为政府处置食品安全网络谣言危机提供理论依据及建议。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论的研究方法,在梳理相关文献、总结文本资料以及在进行深度访谈的基础上,丰富研究所需的原始数据。通过原始数据的三级编码程序,提炼核心范畴并构建政府有效介入食品安全网络谣言的规范介入模式。并以"塑料紫菜"食品安全网络谣言为例,探讨所构建的规范介入模式的有效应用。[结果/结论]构建政府食品安全网络谣言"零缝隙"介入模式,确保"形式有效"和"实质有效"的统一,实现政府食品安全网络谣言的科学治理。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the grounded theory,this paper studies the effective factors of the rumors involved in the government food safety network,discusses the behavior pattern of the government's effective intervention in the food safety network rumors,and provides the theoretical basis and suggestions for the government to deal with the rumors of food safety network rumors.[Method/Process]Based on the research method of the grounded theory,the original data needed to enrich the research on the basis of summarizing the relevant literature,summarizing the textual data and the in-depth interview.Through the original data of the three-level coding process,this paper refines the core category and builds the normative intervention model for government to effectively intervene in the food safety network rumors.And taking the rumors of"plastic seaweed"food safety network as an example,this paper discusses the effective application of the normative intervention model.[Result/Conclusion]Constructing the"zero gap"standard intervention mode of government will ensure the unity of"form effective"and"substantive effective",and enhance the ability of government departments to scientifically control the network rumors of food safety.
