摘要
[目的/意义]信息系统(IS)用户行为对IS成功具有关键性影响,是历年来IS理论研究重点关注的领域之一。然而,目前尚缺乏对IS用户行为研究进展的系统、清晰梳理,以为未来进一步拓展研究提供理论基础。[方法/过程]基于工作行为理论,将IS用户行为分为角色内行为和角色外行为。通过对国内外研究进行系统回顾与梳理,提炼出一个理论分析框架。[结果/结论]分析结果表明IS用户行为的国内外理论研究进展主要体现为角色内行为向角色外行为的拓展,以及研究视角的不断丰富。随着IS在企业的广泛和深入应用,员工工作边界越发模糊,角色外行为对绩效的影响越发重要,未来研究需要对IS用户的组织公民行为开展系统深入分析。
[Purpose/Significance]IS user behavior has important effects on IS success,and has been paid lots of attention in the IS research.However,literatures review about this research field is still limited.The purpose of this research is to provide a theoretical framework to show the research progress about this field,and to point out the direction for future research.[Method/Process]Based on work behavior theory,the IS user behavior is divided into two categories including in-role behavior and extra-role behavior.Based on the literature review,a theoretical research framework is proposed,which shows that IS adoption and continuance usage may be included in the category of in-role behavior,while IS resistance and IS innovative usage may be included in the category of extra-role behavior.[Result/Conclusion]The results of this research show that the theoretical progress of IS user behavior is mainly reflected in the extension from in-role behavior research to extra-role behavior research,and the extension of research perspectives.With the wide application of IS in the enterprises,the work boundaries of employees become ambiguous,and extra-role behavior will contribute more to the work performance.Future research in this field needs to pay more attention to the organizational citizenship behavior(OCB)of IS users.
