摘要
由于运城市现存果蔬农产品供应链模式中存在信息化程度低、中间环节过多和增值程度低等主要问题,文章将互联网和运城市特色的果蔬农产品充分结合,构建"互联网+果蔬农产品"供应链模式,并对新型模式运行机制中的两个关键点即大型物流中心重心法选址和采购运输路线进行决策,最后提出模式运行的保障措施,从而有效解决果蔬供应链现存的问题。
Because there are more main problems existing in Yuncheng's fruit and vegetable supply chain,for example,the low degree of information and value-added and excessive intermediate degree,this paper fully integrates Internet with fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Yuncheng and build Internet+fruit and vegetable supply chain model.Then it solves the location of large logistics center with gravity method and develops a transportation rout plan,which are the two key points for this model.Finally,some measures are provided.By building this new model it can solve these main problems.
