摘要
高校导师与研究生所构成的学术共同体是从事知识创新的最重要的学习型组织,在共同体中,师生灵活地扮演各自的研究角色,产生"团队绩效远远大于个体绩效之和"的协同创新效应。为了提升师生学术共同体的知识创新效率,需依照"自组织"要具备的"开放性""不平衡性""非线性"以及"涨落性"等四个耗散结构特征,从开拓视野、彼此包容、营造氛围、促进突变四个抓手做起,最终达成知识创新的目标。
The academic community composed of tutor and postgraduates is the most important learning organization in the knowledge innovation.In the community,tutors and students play their roles flexibly,resulting in a collaborative innovation effect that"team performance is much greater than the sum of individual performanceM.In order to enhance the efficiency of knowledge innovation of the academic community,this paper points out some suggestions,which is widing our sight,inclusive with each other,create atmosphere,promote the change according to the four characteristics of the"self-organizationM,that is openness,unbalancedness,nonlinearity and fluctuating.
