摘要
医师规范化培训是促进医院建设发展的战略措施,是医学生毕业后医学教育的一个重要组成部分,是目前临床医师培养及人才储备的重要环节。但在实践中发现,对于母语非汉语的少数民族住院医师,规范化培训过程中存在临床逻辑思维能力相对较弱的现象,而内分泌专业特点要求临床医生必须要有较高的临床思维能力。本文结合内分泌专业特点,探讨在内分泌专业培养规培医师过程中,提高少数民族住院医师临床逻辑思维能力的重要性及有效途径。
Physicians standardized training is a strategic measure to promote the development of hospital construction,medical students is an important part of medical education after graduation,is currently the clinician an important link in training and talent reserves.But in practice,found that for non-native Chinese minority resident,exist in the process of standardization training in clinical the phenomenon of logical thinking ability is relatively weak,and endocrine professional characteristics require clinicians must have high clinical thinking ability.In this paper,combining with the characteristics of endocrinology,in the process of endocrine professional training rules with doctors,improving ethnic minority residents clinical importance of logical thinking ability and effective way.
