摘要
目的:探讨整夜指端脉氧饱和度监测对老年睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的诊断价值。方法:收治老年睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者68例,进行夜间心电监护中的动态SpO_2监测。结果:整夜指端脉SpO_2监测诊断老年SAHS的特异性79.5%。结论:整夜指端脉氧饱和度监测对老年睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者具有临床诊断价值。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of all night finger oxygen saturation monitoring for the elderly patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:68 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were treated with dynamic SpO2monitoring during night ECG monitoring.Results:The specificity of SpO2 monitoring and diagnosis of SAHS in the aged all night was 79.5%.Conclusion:All night finger oxygen saturation monitoring has clinical diagnostic value on the elderly patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
