摘要
为实现城乡一体化,解决城镇中低收入人群的住房问题,国家不断出台政策,大规模实施安居工程,在取得了量的增长的同时,安居工程的质量仍形势严峻,安居工程项目各参与单位对质量有不可推卸的责任。运用社会网络分析法,从个体网络、整体网络2个层面研究安居工程质量各参与单位关系网络的结构特征和属性特征,为应对安居工程质量通病采取有针对性的防控措施,提出改进性建议。
In order to realize the integration of urban and rural areas,solve the housing problems of urban low-income groups,the state has introduced policies,large-scale implementation of housing projects,in achieved volume growth at the same time,the quality of housing project is still grim,housing projects in each unit can not shirk its responsibility for quality.In this paper,using the method of social network analysis,from the individual network and the overall network,structure characteristics and attributes characteristics of housing project quality in each unit network,in response to the housing project quality problems to take targeted prevention and control measures,proposed improvement suggestions.
