摘要
针对内蒙某含银低品位铁锰氧化矿石的矿石性质,采用"强磁选铁锰—浮选选银"联合工艺流程进行选别。铁锰精矿中TFe回收率达81.25%,Mn回收率达82.12%,Ag在铁锰精矿及银精矿中总回收率为87.04%,精矿质量达到后续冶炼要求,选矿试验取得较理想效果。
Based on the ore properties of a low-grade Fe-Mn ore containing silver form Inner Mongolia,a combined process of high intensity magnetic separation-flotation separation was carried out.The recovery of TFe reached 81.25%,while the recovery of Mn was 82.12%in a Fe-Mn concentrate.The silver was recovered both in Fe-Mn concentrates and silver concentrates,and the total recovery of silver were 87.04%.The quality of concentrates met the requirements of subsequent smelting.The mineral processing experiment achieved ideal effect of separation.
