摘要
环境监测是环境管理和决策的重要技术支持,环境监测质量管理工作与环境监测整体发展不相适应的矛盾日益突出。目前环境监测质量管理工作中存在的县级站监测能力相对薄弱、现场监测技术管理存在缺陷、人才缺乏、人员结构不合理等问题,可通过加强监测技术研究、组织开展专项质量活动、加强人员培训等环境监测质量管理措施得到解决。
Environmental monitoring is an important technical support for environmental management and decision-making.The contradiction between the environmental monitoring quality management work and the overall development of environmental monitoring has become increasingly prominent.At present,the problems such as the relatively weak monitoring capability of county-level stations in the quality management of environmental monitoring,the defects of on-site monitoring technology management,lack of personnel and unreasonable personnel structure can be solved by strengthening monitoring technology research,organizing special quality activities,strengthening personnel training and other environmental monitoring quality management measures.
