摘要
针对输水工程中因空气阀型式、口径选取不合适,而导致事故工况时管道塌陷和爆管等问题,对传统空气阀数学模型进行改进,建立了缓闭式空气阀数学模型。根据水锤理论和特征线法,结合消除负压需要的进气量与水柱弥合时的速度,得出了缓闭式空气阀进排气口径的计算公式。通过Hammer软件,对西南某长距离、多起伏输水工程进行停泵水锤模拟,结果表明,缓闭式空气阀的防护效果与口径、进排气面积比有关,并且验证了缓闭式空气阀进排气口径计算公式的适用性。研究内容可为输水工程中缓闭式空气阀口径和孔口面积比的选取提供依据。
In order to solve the problems about pipeline failure and pipeline fracture caused by using wrong type and diameter of air-valve in accident condition,Improved the mathematical model of conventional air-valve,got the mathematical model of nonslam air-valve,Accorded to the theory of water hammer and the method of characteristic,combined them with the volume of air inflow and the speed of water hammer,got a formula for the diameter of non-slam air-valve.using Hammer software for numerical simulation of southwest long distance and undulating water pipeline in pump-stop situation.The results show that:water hammer protection has a relationship with diameter and area ratio of non-slam air-valve,verified the formula is feasible.The results of research can provide reference for non-slam air-valve's diameter and area ratio selection in conveyance engineering.
