摘要
3GPP R8中提出了基于SRVCC的Vo LTE语音方案,使用CS无线接入为处于LTE覆盖边界的用户提供持续的语音服务,实现Vo LTE用户的无缝语音服务。要实现SRVCC,除了要IMS网络的支持,手机终端、LTE基站、MME和MSC上也要提供相应的支持。3GPP R10又提出了e SRVCC的概念,在R9的基础上,不仅实现了信令的锚定,还实现了多媒体信息的锚定,从而提高SRVCC切换的效率、降低了切换的延迟。
In 3GPP R8,a SRVCC based on VoLTE voice scheme is proposed,which uses CS wireless access to provide continuous voice services for users in LTE overlay boundaries,and implements seamless voice services for VoLTE users.To achieve SRVCC,in addition to the IMS network support,mobile terminals,LTE base stations,MME and MSC also provide corresponding support.3GPP R10 proposed the concept of eSRVCC.On the basis of R9,it not only realizes the anchor of signaling,but also realizes the anchor of multimedia information,so as to improve the efficiency of SRVCC switching and reduce the delay of handover.
