摘要
网络技术的迅速发展给人们的日常生活带来了巨大的变化,同时也给图书馆管理工作的创新带来了新的机遇和挑战。笔者简要分析了图书馆传统管理模式的局限性,并且就网络技术环境下图书馆管理工作的创新发展进行了详细深入的探讨,希望能够有效提高图书馆管理工作的质量水平,为广大社会公众提供更为优质的服务。
The rapid development of network technology has brought great changes to people's daily life,but also brought new opportunities and challenges to the innovation of library management.The author briefly analyzes the limitations of the traditional management mode of the library,and makes a detailed and in-depth discussion on the innovation and development of the library management work in the network technology environment,hoping to improve the quality of the library management work and provide more quality service for the general public.
