摘要
针对生鲜蔬菜种植分散、标准难以统一、溯源渠道不畅的问题,探索了一种企业与农户合作的模式,设计并开发了生鲜蔬菜产品质量安全溯源系统。系统依据生鲜蔬菜产品供应链特点,采用二维码相结合的编码模式,应用物联网、数据库等技术,开发了具有网络管理、条码打印、产品查询、智能手机管理等多功能的产品质量安全溯源系统。通过物联网技术,可自动采集环境信息,以及摄像头或手机拍摄的图像,上传至服务器,作为产品的原始信息。最终采用二维码溯源,实现蔬菜产品在种植、收购、检测、加工等环节的信息追溯。这为蔬菜生产建立了统一标准,提高了产品透明度,形成一个三方满意及消费者参与监督、评价的溯源服务平台。
Aiming at the problem that the planting of fresh vegetables is scattered,the standard is difficult to be unified,and the sources are not smooth,this paper explores a mode of cooperation between enterprises and farmers.According to the characteristics of the supply chain of fresh vegetable products,using hybrid encoding mode of one-dimensional code,two-dimensional code combination,the application of networking and database technology,developed with the network management,barcode printing,product inquiry,intelligent mobile phone management of product quality and safety traceability system.Through the Internet of things technology,it can automatically collect environmental information,as well as the camera or cell phone images taken,uploaded to the server,as the original product information.Finally,by using two-dimensional code traceability,vegetable products in the acquisition,acquisition,testing,processing and other aspects of information traceability can be realized.This established a unified standard for vegetable production,improved product transparency,the formation of a three party satisfaction and consumer participation in the supervision and evaluation of traceability service platform.
