摘要
目的探索足量的丙戊酸钠分别合并小剂量的利培酮与博思清在急性躁狂症的治疗中的疗效。方法选择该院2015年8月至2016年9月接收的74例急性躁狂症患者,将其随机均分为利培酮组与博思清组,两组患者均需要接受足够剂量的丙戊酸钠治疗,在此基础上,利培酮组联合接受小剂量利培酮治疗,博思清组则联合接受小剂量的博思清治疗,对两组患者的各项主要指标进行比对分析。结果博思清组患者的临床治疗效果明显好于利培酮组,且不适症状的发生例数明显更少,患者治疗后的躁狂症状量表值也远远低于利培酮组,治疗满意度明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性躁狂症治疗中小剂量的博思清与足够剂量的丙戊酸钠联合应用的疗效较好。
Objective To explore the effect of adequate dose of sodium valproate combined with small dose of risperidone and boozieqing in the treatment of acute mania.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute mania were enrolled in the hospital from August 2015 to September 2016.They were randomly divided into risperidone group and boozieqing group.Both groups were required to receive adequate dose of sodium valproate treatment,and the risperidone group treated combined with small dose of risperidone treatment,the boozieqing group treated combined with small dose of boozieqing treatment,additionally.Both groups were analyzed.Results The efficacy of boozieqing group was significantly better than in risperidone group,and less cases of discomfort occurred.The BRMS score of patients in boozieqing group was significantly lower than in risperidone group after treatment,all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective when using full dose of sodium valproate combined with small dose of boozieqing in the treatment of acute mania.
