摘要
农村居民点调控既要体现社会经济特征的差异,又要体现区位条件适宜性的差异。首先,通过运用最小累积阻力模型(MCR)评价农村居民点图斑的区位适宜性,通过适宜值加权求和汇总各县市单元微观区位适宜值。其次,运用多因素综合评价方法,从社会条件和经济条件等方面评价辽宁省各县市农村居民点调控的优先度,通过运用指标判别分析法,确定省域农村居民点分区调控方案。结果表明:(1)基于MCR模型的评价结果将农村居民点的适宜性划分为高度适宜类、较适宜类、一般适宜类和不适宜类,高适宜类主要集中在中部平原地区且较适宜类和一般适宜类围绕高度适宜类成带状或片状分布;(2)运用多因素综合评价模型,将优先度评价指标值按照1/3法分为强、中、弱3级,中部平原优先度条件好,东部沿海地区优先度条件也较好,西部山地丘陵区地区中有些县市由于农村居民点数量大,优先度也较高;(3)运用指标判别法综合考虑图斑层面的区位条件和宏观层面的社会经济状况,划分优先调控区、重点调控区、优化调控区和适度调控区。
The zone control and regulation of rural residential areas should not only reflect the differences of social economic characteristics of rural residential areas,but also the suitability of different location conditions of rural residential areas.This paper presents an analysis framework for the zone control and regulation of provincial rural residential area,which is the overall planning of macro social economic development level and micro location suitability of rural residential areas.Firstly,to evaluate the location suitability of the map spots of rural residential areas by using the MCR model,and then to summarize the micro location suitable value of each county and city by using the weighted sum method.Secondly,to construct evaluation index system from the aspects of social conditions and economic conditions and to evaluate the priority of the regulation for rural residential areas in Liaoning Province by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation.Finally,to determine the plan for zone control and regulation of provincial rural residential area by using the index discriminant analysis method.The research results show that:1)Based on the evaluation results of MCR model,the suitability of rural residential areas in Liaoning Province is divided into highly suitable region,suitable region,generally suitable region and unsuitable region.The highly suitable regions are mainly concentrated in central plain areas,the unsuitable regions are mainly concentrated in western and eastern hilly areas,the suitable regions and the generally suitable regions that around the highly suitable regions are distributed as band or sheet.2)The priority evaluation index is divided into strong,medium and weak levels according to the 1/3 method by using multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model.The average evaluation values are 0.231,0.499 and 0.210 in each county and city of west hilly areas,central plain areas and eastern hilly areas.The priority degree of central plain areas is the best and the eastern coastal areas is good.In the west hilly areas,the priority degree is high due to the large quantity of rural residential areas in some counties and cities.3)The paper comprehensively considers the location conditions of the map spots level and the social economy of the macro level by using the index discriminant analysis method,which also divides the priority control regions,the key control regions,the optimized control regions and the moderate control regions.
