摘要
目的探讨针灸期间艾灸时程对原发性痛经治疗效果的影响分析。方法选取2016年2月～2017年2月我院进行艾灸治疗的原发性痛经患者80例,根据艾灸时间的不同,随机分为长时间组(40例)和短时间组(40例),长时间组患者艾灸30 min,短时间组患者艾灸15 min,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI),并测定两组患者血清内的前列环素E2和β-内啡肽的水平。结果长时间组患者治疗的总有效率为92.50%(37/40),短时间组患者治疗的总有效率为72.50%(29/40),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分、PSQI评分及血清PGE2和β-EP的水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,与短时间组相比,长时间组患者的VAS评分、PSQI评分及血清PGE2的水平均显著降低,而β-EP的水平显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸30 min对原发性痛经的临床治疗效果较好,可有效缓解患者的疼痛症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion duration on the therapeutic effect of primary dysmenorrhea during acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods 80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were treated with moxibustion in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected.According to the different moxibustion time,the patients were randomly divided into long-term group(40 cases)and short-term group(40 cases).Moxibustion was given for the patients in the long-term group for 30 min,and moxibustion was given for the patients in the short-term group for 15 min.The clinical effects,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Serum levels of prostacyclin E2 andβ-endorphin were measured in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the long-term group was 92.50%(37/40),and the total effective rate in the short-term group was 72.50%(29/40).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the differences in VAS score,PSQI score and serum PGE2 andβ-EP levels in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score,PSQI score and serum PGE2 level in the long-term group were significantly lower than those in short-term group,while the level ofβ-EP was increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion for 30 min has a good clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea and can effectively relieve pain in patients.
