摘要
研究耳穴压豆法应用于口腔种植术后的镇痛效果。方法 选取本院2016年1月至2017年11月间收治的60例行口腔种植术患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（耳穴压豆法，n＝30）与对照组（布洛芬缓释胶囊，n＝30），观察两组术后VAS评分，记录两组术后血清白介素-2（IL-2）、白介素-10（IL-10）水平。结果 观察组术后2 h、6 h、12 h VAS评分分别为（1.12±0.26）分、（0.74±0.21）分、（0.41±0.13）分，对照组分别为（1.32±0.31）分、（1.17±0.31）分、（0.85±0.21）分，两组VAS得分均呈下降趋势，组间、组内差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后6 h，观察组、对照组IL-2水平分别为（16.45±3.56）pg/L和（19.45±4.12）pg/L（P＜0.05），IL-10分别为（23.54±5.31）pg/L和（19.45±5.26）pg/L（P＜0.05），均较术后显著上升（P＜0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆法可显著减轻口腔种植术后患者疼痛程度，改善机体应激水平，安全性高，适用人群范围广，值得临床推广。
To study the analgesic effect of ear acupoint bean-pressing method after oral implant surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with oral implant surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were selected for the study and were divided into the observation group(ear acupoint beanpressing method,n=30)and the control group(ibuprofen sustained release capsules,n=30).The postoperative VAS score of the two groups was observed,and the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were recorded in the two groups.Results At 2 h,6 h,and 12 h after surgery,the VAS scores were(1.12±0.26)points,(0.74±0.21)points,and(0.41±0.13)points in the observation group,and those were(1.32±0.31)points,(1.17±0.31)points,and(0.85±0.21)points in the control group,and the VAS score showed a decreasing trend in the two groups,and there were statistically significant differences between-groups and within-groups(P<0.05).At 6 h after surgery,the level of IL-2 was(16.45±3.56)pg/L in the observation group and(19.45±4.12)pg/L in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-10 were(23.54±5.31)pg/L and(19.45±5.26)pg/L respectively(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 significantly increased compared with those after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions Ear acupoint bean-pressing method can significantly reduce the pain intensity of patients after oral implant surgery,and improve the body's stress level,and it has high safety and is suitable for wide range of population,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
