纳米碳粉制备过程中电解液温度信号检测系统设计

摘要 纳米技术是21世纪的关键高新技术之一,为了在线检测电解槽内电解液温度对纳米碳微颗粒团聚的影响,论文根据纳米碳粉制备过程中电解原理,设计了电解槽内温度检测装置,以AT89S52单片机为主控制器,采用6个DS18B20单总线型数字温度传感器采集不同电解槽的温度信号,通过无线发射模块n RF24L01芯片将信号发射出去,实现了多点温度信号采集与无线发射,为纳米碳制备中电解槽内温度时时在线测量提供参考依据。 Nano technology is one of the key technologies in twenty-first century.In order to detect the influence of electrolyte temperature on the agglomeration of nano carbon particles on-line,the temperature detection device in the electrolytic cell is designed according to the principle of electrolysis in the preparation process of nano carbon powder.The temperature detection device is based on the AT89S52 MCU as the main controller,uses 6 DS18B20 single bus digital temperature sensors to collect temperature signals from different electrolysis cells,sends out the signal through the wireless transmission module nRF24L01 chip.It can achieve the multi point temperature signal acquisition and wireless transmission,and it can provide reference for on-line measurement of temperature in electrolysis cell during the preparation of carbon nanoscale.
