摘要
[目的/意义]随着社会数据感知能力的提升,围绕着个人数据已经形成了十分庞大的数据体系,利用个人数据用于反恐情报分析已经成为目前关注的焦点。[方法/过程]从数据的来源性角度对个人的特征数据构成进行了分析,研究了不同类型特征数据之间的逻辑关系,并基于个人特征数据研究了涉恐个体的数据挖掘和预警分析。[结果/结论]将个人特征数据按照身份、行为和关系三个维度进行了梳理,提出了面向反恐的个人特征数据集合,并构建了基于个人特征数据的涉恐主体挖掘分析和预警分析架构。
[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development of social data perception ability,a huge data system based on individual dataset has been set up,and using the individual data in the counter-terrorism intelligence analysis has become a hotspot issue.[Method/Process]The constitution of individual feature dataset was analyzed from data source,the logic connections between different types of datasets was studied,and suspect mining was conducted based on the individual feature dataset.[Result/Conclusion]The individual feature dataset is analyzed by three dimensions of identity,behavior and connection,and an individual feature dataset oriented to counter-terrorism and a framework of terrorist analysis and early warning based on individual feature dataset were proposed.
