摘要
成品油储罐在定期检修、清洗、改造等施工之前须对内部的油蒸汽进行置换,现场凭经验进行置换作业的方式效率低且发生事故概率较高。为深入研究储罐油蒸汽置换过程,保证置换过程的安全高效。综合守恒方程、组分输运方程及湍流理论建立了油蒸汽置换过程的数学模型,研究了抽吸速率、抽吸管插入深度以及抽吸时间对置换效率的影响,并获得了油蒸汽浓度随时间变化的动态规律,结果发现,对于只能通过顶部开口进行油蒸汽置换的埋地储罐,抽吸管插入深度较深时,其置换效果较好。为使研究结果适用于不同设计储罐,还探究了具有不同进出气口位置的卧式储罐的油蒸汽置换规律。模拟结果表明,对于2种常用型号的卧式储罐,进出口位置相对较远的储罐置换效果更好。
The residual oil vapor in refined oil tank must be replaced before the preventive maintenance,cleaning,modification,etc.The method of field work with experience is inefficient and accident probability is higher.In order to study the replacement process of oil vapor thoroughly,and guarantee the corresponding safety and efficiency,a mathematical model for the process was established by combining conservation equations,component transport equations and turbulence theory,which is validated by literature data.Using the model,the replacement process of oil vapor was simulated.The effect of suction rate,depth of penetration and operation time on replacement rate were calculated.The dynamic law of oil vapor concentration with time was obtained as well.For two types of horizontal storage tanks,the tank with a relatively wider inlet and outlet distance has better replacement efficiency.On this basis,in order to make the research result applicable to different design tanks,the replacement law of oil vapor in horizontal tanks with different inlet and outlet positions is studied.For buried tanks,ventilation can only be carried out through the top opening,with the results that the deeper the suction tube is,the better the replacement efficiency is.
