摘要
武汉新港委在2017年编制的《武汉航运中心总体规划》指出要建设长江航运支付结算中心,开发航运线上交易结算平台,打造"交易结算中心",因此,建立武汉航运结算中心势在必行,探究武汉航运结算中心运行机制具有重要意义。在研究航运结算中心建设目标、功能及组成要素的基础上,构建武汉航运结算中心运行整体架构,从促进航运结算中心整体运行的动力和阻力方面探讨航运结算中心运行的动力机制和协助机制,以保障航运结算中心的高效运作。
Wuhan Newport Commission stated in the related government documents that it would build a Yangtze River shipping payment&settlement center,to develop a shipping online trading settlement platform which could be the trading settlement center.Wuhan shipping settlement center construction was imperative,it had an important meaning to explore the operation mechanism of it.Based on the objective,function and elements of Wuhan shipping settlement center construction research,the author built a whole operating structure of Wuhan shipping settlement center,discussed the operating power mechanism and coordination mechanism of shipping settlement center on the perspective of power and resistance,which meant to hold the efficient operation of shipping settlement center.
