基于GRRS的油气管道在线巡线系统及应用

摘要 针对基于GPS定位巡线系统成本过高以及离线式巡线系统无法实时监管的缺点,某输气管道首次应用了基于GPRS油气管道在线巡线监管系统。手持简易巡检仪非接触式扫描设置在油气管道沿线的巡查点,通过GPRS无线信号将巡查信息传输至站场管理终端。现场应用表明,基于GPRS油气管道在线巡线监管系统操作方便,既降低了巡线监管成本,又能及时采集巡线信息,最大程度地保障了管道的安全运行。 The GPS positioning patrol system costs too much and the off-line patrol system cannot realize real-time monitoring,so the oil and gas pipeline on-line patrol system based on GPRS is firstly applied by a gas transportation pipeline.Through non-contact scanning or setting of the patrol points along the oil and gas pipeline,the simple hand-held patrol device is used to transmit patrol information to the station management terminal by GPRS wireless signal.Field application shows that the oil and gas pipeline on-line patrol and monitoring system based on GPRS is easy to operate,it not only reduces the cost of pipeline patrol,but also timely collects patrol information,makes sure the safety of the pipeline to the maximum degree,and it is simple to implement and easy to operate.
