摘要
采用硫氰酸钾/乙二胺(KSCN/ED)溶解体系制备纤维素水凝胶,分析纤维素质量分数、溶解时间、溶解温度对水凝胶性能的影响。采用紫外可见分光光度计、电子万能试验机、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热分析仪(TGA)等对所制备纤维素水凝胶的透光率、压缩性能、形貌特征、谱学性能、晶体强度和热学性能进行分析表征。结果表明,在溶解时间4 h,温度90℃,纤维溶度4%的工艺下所制备的水凝胶应力-应变曲线表现出非线性特征,表明材料具备较好的黏弹性。纤维素水凝胶内部由均匀的球状粒子(直径为10~50 nm)和致密多孔的三维网状结构组成;XRD分析结果表明,纸浆纤维在溶解过程中晶型发生转变,由纤维素Ⅰ型转变为Ⅱ型。TGA分析结果表明,纤维素水凝胶的热分解温度为315.8℃,热稳定性较原料有所降低。硫氰酸钾/乙二胺作为一种纤维素溶解体系制备纤维素水凝胶具有操作简单、高效、可回收利用等优点。
In this study,the cellulose hydrogel was prepared by dissolving pulp fibers in the potassium thiocyanate/ethylenediamine(KSCN/ED)solvent.The effects of dissolution concentration,dissolution time and dissolution temperature on the properties of hydrogel were explored.The transmittance,compression properties,morphological,spectroscopic,crystal properties and thermal properties of hydrogel were investigated by using the rotary rheometer,UVvisible spectrophotometer,electronic universal testing machine,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Xray diffraction(XRD)and thermographic analyzer(TGA).The results showed that,with the dissolution time duration of 4 h,dissolution temperature of 90℃and cellulose concentration of 4%,the cellulose hydrogel presented high light transparency of more than 80%.The stressstrain curves showed a nonlinear characteristic,indicating that the prepared material had good viscoelasticity.The cellulose hydrogels were composed of the uniform spherical particles with the diameter ranging from 10 nm to 50 nm and dense porous threedimensional network structure.The results of the Xray diffraction patterns revealed that the pulp fiber had been transformed into the cellulose II crystal structure after the treatment with KSCN/ED solvent.The results of TGA analysis showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of cellulose hydrogels was 315.8℃,and the thermal stability was lower than that of pulp fibers.The cellulose hydrogels were successfully prepared by the method of cellulose dissolution through KSCN/ED solvent.This method had many advantages in this dissolving system,e.g.,the KSCN/ED solvent could dissolve the cellulose completely under mild temperature conditions,the reagents used were not expensive,and the preparation process of hydrogel was easy to operate.In summary,since the cellulose hydrogels preparation method is simple,highefficiency and recyclable,it can provide a new way for the efficient preparation of cellulosebased hydrogels.The cellulose hydrogels with the characteristics of high light transmittance and excellent mechanical properties have potential application in the field of biological tissue engineering.
