摘要
神华准能集团创建了以危险源辨识和隐患排查治理为前提,以标准化作业和标准化管理为基础的现场安全管理模式,编制了班前会、危险预判、岗位作业、应急处置标准作业4类流程,通过宣贯学习、岗位练兵、优化提升、文化引领、考核奖惩5项措施,提高了职工发现危险和紧急状态下正确处置的能力以及标准化作业能力,有效的消除了初期事故,避免人员伤害。
Shenhua Zhuneng Group establishes the on-site safety management mode on the premise of hazard source identification and hidden trouble investigation and management based on standardized operation and standardized management,and compiles four types of processes of pre-class meeting,hazard pre-judgment,post operation and emergency treatment standard operation.Through five measures of publicizing and studying,post training,optimizing and upgrading,cultural guidance and assessment and punishment,the mine improves the ability of workers to correctly handle dangerous and emergency situations and the ability of standardized operation,effectively eliminates the initial accidents to avoid personnel injury.
