摘要 分析了氧气在铅锌冶金中的作用,即缩短冶金流程、促进节能环保、提高冶金强度、增强原料适应性以及强化综合回收效果等。介绍了富氧侧吹炼铅、氧气底吹炼铅、富氧顶吹炼铅、闪速炼铅、氧压浸出炼锌、常压氧浸炼锌等不同铅锌冶金工艺及其用氧特点。指出氧气强化冶金是铅锌冶金转型升级的方向。 The effect of oxygen in lead-zinc metallurgy is analyzed,that is to shorten the metallurgical process,promote energy-saving and environmental protection,increase metallurgical intensity,improve the adaptability of raw materials and enhance comprehensive recovery effect.Different lead-zinc metallurgical processes such as oxygen enriched side blowing process for lead smelting,oxygen bottom blowing process for lead smelting,oxygen enriched top blowing process,flash smelting process for lead smelting,oxygen pressure leaching process for zinc smelting and atmospheric pressure oxygen leaching process for zinc smelting and their oxygen consumption characteristics are introduced.It is pointed out that oxygen enhanced metallurgy is the development and upgrading direction of lead-zinc metallurgy.
