摘要
梳理了国内疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)实施的背景、发展历程、现状与成效,比较实施DRGs的主要用途,提炼各地实施DRGs的经验,结合当前深化医药卫生体制改革的政策背景,为我国下一步统一DRGs版本,全面推广实施提供政策建议。
The study discussed the implementation background,development history,status and effectiveness of diagnosis-related groups(DRGs).The major applications of DRGs were analyzed,and the experience on the practice of DRGs was extracted.Combined with the concrete policy on deepening the reform of medical and health system in China,policy suggestions were provided for the next unification,comprehensive promotion and implementation of DRGs.
