摘要
近年来,我国人事制度改革持续深化,人才流动也更加频繁,人事档案在高校人事管理中发挥着日益重要的作用。但是在实际工作中,很多高校人事档案开发与利用还很滞后,管理上也存在很多漏洞,不能真正将人事档案的价值体现出来。高校档案管理人员要尽快转变思想认识,不断改进工作方法,做好人事档案开发与利用工作,为人事档案改革的进一步深化创造有利的条件。
In recent years,the reform of personnel system in China has been deepened,and the flow of talents is more frequent.Personnel archives play an increasingly important role in the management of personnel in colleges and universities.But in actual work,many colleges and universities personnel archives development and utilization is still lagging behind,and there are many loopholes in management,which cannot really reflect the value of personnel archives.Archives administrators in colleges and universities should change their thinking as soon as possible,constantly improve their working methods,do well in the development and utilization of personnel archives,and create favorable conditions for further deepening the reformof personnel archives.
