摘要
为了解决汽车灯底板成形过程中存在破裂缺陷的问题,运用正交试验、GS理论和响应面寻优法相结合的方法,对某型汽车灯底板拉延成形过程的参数进行寻优。得到优化后的压边力4 kN、摩擦因数0.09、冲压速度2 000 mm/s、模具间隙1.71 mm时,成形结果的最大减薄率为27.44%,符合产品的质量要求。通过对比优化前后的成形效果图可知,优化后的工艺参数有效改善了汽车车灯底板拉延成形质量。这种优化方法的结合,对企业实际生产中的工艺参数设计有一定的参考价值。
The paper aims to solve the problem of the existence of crack defects in the process of automobile lamp bottom plate forming.By using the orthogonal experimental method,GS theory and response surface optimization method,the paper optimized the parameters of a car’s lamp base plate in the drawing process.After the optimization,the blank holder force is 4 kN,the friction factor is 0.09,the stamping speed is 2 000 mm/s,the die clearance is 1.71 mm and the maximum reduction ratio of the forming result is 27.44%,which meet the quality requirements of the product.By discussing the forming effect diagram,the paper concludes that the optimized process parameters can effectively improve the forming quality of automobile light panel.The combination of the optimization methods has certain reference value for the design of process parameters in the actual production phase.
