摘要
目的对不同海拔地区健康成年人进行甲状腺功能测定,明确青海地区高原气候环境是否影响甲状腺疾病患病率的增高。方法四川郫县、青海西宁与青海果洛地区各筛选100例健康成年人并完成甲状腺功能五项测定,对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果不同海拔地区健康成年人甲状腺功能测定结果均无统计学差异。结论青海地区高原气候环境对甲状腺疾病患病率的增高没有影响。
Objective To determine thyroid function of healthy adults in different altitude regions and definite whether climate environment of Qinghai plateau have influence on increased prevalence of thyroid disease.Methods 100 healthy adults completed five thyroid function determination in Pi county,Xining and Guoluo,the comparison and analysis on the determination results of statistics were processed.Results Healthy adults'thyroid function determination results in different altitudes were no statistical difference.Conclusion Plateau climate environment in Qinghai has no impact on the increased prevalence of thyroid disease.
