某三甲综合医院多重耐药菌医院感染监测分析与防控措施 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨多重耐药菌感染的流行特征和相关因素,了解多重耐药菌(MDROs)在三级甲等综合医院的分布状况及规律,为有效预防和控制多重耐药菌的医院感染提供依据。方法对2016年1~12月住院患者送检标本中分离出的多重耐药菌菌株进行统计分析。结果共分离出病原菌4031株(已剔除重复菌株),其中多重耐药菌株471株,占11.68%,其中以鲍曼不动杆菌(CRABA)居多,共分离出178株,占37.79%;其次为金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA),共分离出156株,占33.12%;多重耐药菌感染患者多数分布在ICU中,占全部菌株的28.45%;多重耐药菌前3位标本来源分别为呼吸道、伤口分泌物和血液标本;医院感染部位以下呼吸道感染为首,占73.42%。结论多重耐药菌感染分布广泛,应高度重视多重耐药菌的预防控制工作,采取有效措施,预防和控制多重耐药菌的医院感染。 Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics and related factors of multidrug resistant bacteria(MDR)infection,to understand the distribution and regularity of MDROsin in Grade 3A General Hospital,and to provide the basis for the effective prevention and control of multidrug resistant bacteria infection in hospitals.Methods A total of 4031 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated.Among them,471 strains were multidrug resistant,accounting for 11.68%.Acinetobacter baumannii was the most common,178 strains(37.79%)were isolated.The second was Staphylococcus aureus,156 strains(33.12%)were isolated,the majority of multidrug resistant bacteria infection patients were in ICU,accounting for 28.45%of the total strains,the first three samples of multidrug resistant bacteria were respiratory tract,wound secretion and blood samples,respectively.Respiratory tract infection under nosocomial infection was the most common,accounting for 73.42%.Conclusion The prevention and control of multidrug resistant bacteria should be paid more attention to,and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the nosocomial infection of multidrug resistant bacteria.
